We begin by helping you imagine a future where the current struggle is no longer in control of your life:

Scaling and Coping Questions
We use scaling questions to help you track progress and confidence:
→ On a scale of 0 to 10, where are you today?
→ How confident are you that you can keep moving forward?

Exploring Exceptions
Together, we explore times when the problem was less intense or absent:
