Authentic Leadership Training in Kuala Lumpur – With Keynote speaker Nick Jonsson

On 22–23 September 2025, leaders and professionals gathered at the Pavilion Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for an unforgettable 2-day program: Authentic Leadership – Skills for Building Stronger Teams, led by international speaker and Certified Leadership Coach, Nick Jonsson.

This was not another lecture-style seminar. Nick created an immersive, reflective, and energizing journey — where leaders explored their values, their purpose, and their daily practices.

On 12 September 2025, international keynote speaker and Certified Master Coach Nick Jonsson, together with leadership trainer and entrepreneur Dona Amelia, delivered a transformative Holistic Leadership Training in Laguna Phuket, Thailand, for the leadership team of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, one of Phuket’s most prestigious 5-star luxury resorts.

The program, themed Building Synergy & Leadership Excellence, brought together senior leaders for a full-day session of deep reflection, connection, and breakthrough learning.

On 6 September 2025, leaders at Noku Maldives, Vignette Collection came together for the Authentic Leadership Workshop with Purpose. The results were remarkable:

• Leaders turned off their devices, leaned in, and engaged with full focus.

• Vulnerability set the tone — participants shared openly about the personal changes they wanted to make.

• Breakthroughs included building healthier routines, creating stronger boundaries for balance, and setting bold long-term aspirations for their careers and personal growth.

On 2 September 2025, InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort partnered with Nick Jonsson and Dona Amelia to host the Authentic Leadership with Purpose Workshop.

This transformational program brought together the resort’s leadership team for a day of reflection, connection, and purpose-driven growth. The result was outstanding feedback, including:

On 29 May 2025, Mauritius witnessed a truly transformational leadership experience as business leaders from some of the leading companies in the country gathered for a full-day session led by international speaker and executive coach Nick Jonsson.

In May 2025, Nick Jonsson led a transformative two-day, 16-hour training at The Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur.
The program, titled “Connecting with Every Generation: Leadership Tools for Employee Engagement,” brought together leaders from diverse industries to strengthen their ability to inspire, connect, and engage employees across all levels.

On April 29, 2025, Nick Jonsson and Dona Amelia delivered an extraordinary one-day leadership workshop for OCS Indonesia at Topgolf Fatmawati, Jakarta. The program, titled Leadership Compass: Navigating with Purpose, brought together 55 OCS leaders for a high-impact experience in holistic leadership, personal growth, and organizational excellence.

On April 9, 2025, we returned to Oaga Art Resort for Session 2 of our leadership series—this time focusing on a vital and often overlooked theme: How do we protect our time and energy—so we can lead with clarity, purpose, and impact?

On April 6, 2025, 40 of the leadership and healthcare professionals from ADK Hospital gathered in the capital of the Maldives for a leadership experience that was both profoundly personal and professionally energizing.

On November 23, senior leaders at Schneider Electric, Philippines, participated in an engaging and transformative team-building event led by Nick Jonsson and Dona Amelia. Themed “Transformation by Purpose, Vulnerability, and Authenticity,” the event provided practical tools to inspire leaders to build stronger teams, drive organizational success, and lead with purpose.

This comprehensive two-day Masterclass, led by Nick Jonsson with support from his partner Dona Amelia, empowered leaders with practical tools to build sustainable employee engagement and genuine connections within their teams. Participants gathered from across Malaysia and Brunei to explore Nick Jonsson’s 5 Steps to Transformative Employee Engagement™ and delve into the role of holistic leadership in shaping workplace culture.
