Guest Release, Consent & Media Agreement

Thank you for appearing on the Limitless Podcast, hosted by Nick Jonsson and produced by Limitless Executive Solutions Pte. Ltd.("Producer").

By participating in the recording, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Recording

You voluntarily consent to the recording of your voice, image, likeness, name, biography, professional credentials, opinions, stories, presentation materials and any other information you choose to share during the podcast interview ("Recording").

2. Grant of Rights

You grant the Producer an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully transferable licence to:

  • record, film and photograph your participation;

  • edit, adapt, translate, shorten, combine, excerpt or otherwise modify the Recording;

  • reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, stream and promote the Recording, in whole or in part;

  • use excerpts, quotes, still images, audio clips and video clips from the Recording;

  • create promotional materials, trailers, teasers, social media content, newsletters, websites, books, articles, courses, educational materials, presentations and other derivative content based on the Recording;

  • use your name, photograph, likeness, company name, title and biography in connection with promoting the Recording and the Limitless Podcast.

These rights apply across all media and distribution channels, whether now existing or developed in the future, without geographic or time limitation.

3. No Compensation

You understand and agree that your participation is voluntary.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will not receive any payment, royalties, revenue share or other compensation arising from the recording, publication, distribution or future use of the Recording.

4. Editorial Control

The Producer retains sole editorial discretion regarding the Recording, including the right to edit, shorten, rearrange or omit any portion of the interview and the decision whether or not to publish any part of the Recording.
The Producer is under no obligation to publish the Recording.

5. Responsibility for Your Statements

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any statements you make during the interview.
You agree not to knowingly disclose confidential, proprietary or legally protected information belonging to another person or organisation unless you have the legal right to do so.
You acknowledge that any opinions expressed are your own.

6. Confidential and Sensitive Information

If you choose to disclose personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information during the interview, you do so voluntarily and at your own discretion.
You understand that such information may become publicly available once published.

7. No Right to Removal

You acknowledge that once the Recording or any excerpts have been published, distributed or shared, complete removal may not be possible. While the Producer may, at its sole discretion, consider reasonable requests relating to factual inaccuracies or legal concerns, the Producer has no obligation to edit, remove or retract any published content.

8. Intellectual Property

The copyright and all intellectual property rights in the Recording, including all edited versions and derivative works created by the Producer, shall belong exclusively to the Producer. You retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property that you owned before the interview, but you grant the Producer the rights described in this Agreement to use such material as incorporated into the Recording.

9. Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement;

  • your participation does not violate any agreement or obligation owed to any third party;

  • your statements will not knowingly infringe the rights of another person or organisation;

  • you have obtained any permissions required for materials or content you choose to share.

10. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Nick Jonsson, Limitless Executive Solutions Pte. Ltd., their employees, contractors, successors, assigns and representatives from any claims arising from:

  • the recording or publication of the interview;

  • the editing or use of the Recording;

  • promotional use of the Recording;

  • any lawful use authorised under this Agreement.

This release does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Producer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational or economic loss arising from your participation in the podcast or the publication of the Recording.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding your participation in the Limitless Podcast and supersedes any prior discussions relating to this subject.

14. Electronic Acceptance

By participating in the recording, signing electronically, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise confirming your acceptance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
