Sabre PRovoke Award Winning for EGN 2021
Proud to announce that EGN Singapore has won the 2nd PR Award for 2021! 🎉
This recognition comes from the highly prestigious SABRE Provoke Award, secured by our incredible PR agency Pinpoint PR, led by the brilliant Ilka Gobius. Their outstanding work promoting Executive Loneliness on behalf of EGN Singapore (Executives’ Global Network) has been acknowledged on a global stage.
The SABRE Awards are among the most respected honors in the communications industry. Agencies from across the Asia-Pacific region compete for this recognition, making this win especially meaningful. To be recognized alongside leading global brands and agencies is a true testament to the impact and relevance of this campaign.
For me personally, this award carries deep significance.
I had the opportunity to share my own story—one rooted in vulnerability, recovery, and leadership. By speaking openly about my experience with executive loneliness, I hoped to give a voice to countless leaders who suffer in silence. Behind titles, achievements, and success metrics, many executives struggle with isolation, anxiety, and emotional pressure that often goes unseen.
This campaign was never about publicity.
It was about breaking stigma.
It was about normalizing honest conversations around mental health in leadership.
And it was about creating safe spaces where leaders can be human again.
EGN Singapore is proud to be leading this movement locally—championing mental well-being, connection, and peer support among senior executives. Through confidential peer groups, leaders are able to share their challenges openly, gain perspective, and realize they are not alone in their struggles. This award reinforces that our mission matters.
I am incredibly grateful to:
Pinpoint PR for their passion and strategic brilliance
Ilka Gobius for her leadership and belief in this cause
The EGN community for their trust and openness
And every leader who has had the courage to speak up
This recognition isn’t the end—it’s motivation to keep going. We will continue to advocate for healthier leadership, emotional resilience, and authentic connection in the workplace.
